Fear Takes Over the Market

The market is deeply oversold and not just in technology stocks, which we highlighted on Monday. The level of fear has reached a point not seen since the COVID smash in 2020.

Since most people are wrong most of the time, the odds favor a big bounce. The quality of that bounce will determine how far it has to run and whether it is time to lay short positions back on.

Right now, one word to sum up the market sentiment would be FEAR.
